This meeting is by invitation only.

5 - 7 p.m. Hotel Reception
Embassy Suites holds an open bar and open hot/cold snacks reception each night at this time. Guests who are staying at the hotel that night get free access to the reception. Guests who are not staying at the hotel that night can also attend, but must pay for their drinks/snacks. 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
