CREATIVE HIRING - ADDING TOOLS TO THE HIRING TOOLBOX
Morning Breakout Session
August 12, 2020
 10:30AM - 12:00PM

Hiring shortages are a reality many of us face.  Without creative hiring, many jobs go unfilled, or worse yet, poorly filled.  Hiring is not the same game it was when many of you entered the workforce.  At the same time, some of us may have undergone an industry change without missing a beat because of our skill sets.  Attendees will hear firsthand how a former nurse now successfully serves as a production lead for a global ag company.  But she didn't get there without the creative resources employed by leadership.  Creative hiring is here to stay.  Equip yourself with new ways of looking at potential hires who may not have seemed like the obvious choice at first glance.
