During the last two years, low water on the Mississippi River has had tremendous impacts on barge freight at critical periods.  Additionally outside our borders, transportation through the Panama and Suez Canals has been impacted by events equally beyond our control.  Through this interactive discussion, we plan to delve into each of these issues, all the while maintaining a focus toward Indiana agriculture.
