Join us for an interactive session on the fundamental physical skills of communication. We will pay close attention to what the audience sees and hears as we communicate. This session will focus on self-awareness and purposeful delivery of our message, whether that is formal/informal, large/small group or prepared/impromptu speaking. In our 'Brief the Boss' exercise, you will learn how to effectively deliver a concise update. Participants will also learn how to give and will receive specific, non-judgmental feedback on their communication.
